ENTR is charged on a Per Tournament Basis.There are 2 price plans to choose from for ENTR- Tournament Software depending on the number of competitors you intend to register
Small Tournament Price Plan: EUR 150 per tournament if you register up to 200 players
Large Tournament Price Plan: EUR 250 per tournament if you register over 200 players
If you choose to opt for the small tournament price plan you will receive multiple email notifications as you approach your 200 players to allow you to upgrade if required
Will I be able to make that money back?
The simple answer is yes. Firstly you will not need to develop or maintain a web based registration process for your website. A very simple web registration system could cost you hundreds with a more detailed registration program that automatically organizes your divisions costing thousands of Dollars / Euros / Pounds. You will then have the additional cost of maintenance and hosting on this system. You will also not need to purchase any other drawsheet / tourney bracket software again costing hundreds or thousands of Dollars / Euros / Pounds depending on quality, you have a professional drawsheet program at your disposal in ENTR. Payment is made by the sponsor through the ENTR website. We charge a 15% fee to complete all transactions with the 85% being deposited directly to your account (active PayPal account required). We have a default guide for advertising space depending on your tournament size but prices can be set to a value that you feel your sponsors will pay for the service.(*minimum charge applies)
